 Your Agreement to this Policy

By using this website, you consent to our privacy policy. This policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

 Collection of Information

Williams Law Group automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. We are also able to see how visitors accessed the site, which pages on the site they visited, and the duration of the visitors time on page.

Additionally, in certain areas of this website, we require you provide us with personally identifiable information in order to use that portion of the website. For example, we ask for your name, email address, and other personal information when you fill out a contact form. We use this information to contact you with a response to your submission and to communicate with you further.

Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with us. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number.  You can visit the AdRoll link below to opt out of AdRoll and their partners’ targeted advertising.

Our display advertising partner, Facebook, their partners and third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from your website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. Users can opt-out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting by clicking the Facebook link below.

We have Google Analytics Advertising features enabled on the site, which allows us to collect data about the traffic to ncdivorcelaw.com through Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers. We will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information collected through Google advertising products unless we have robust notice of, and the user’s prior affirmative consent to that merger.
If you would like to opt out of Google Analytics’ advertising features, you can do so via Google Ad Settings. You can also use Google Analytics’ Opt-out Browser Add-On to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics.
