Ms. Davis graduated from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service with a B.S. in Foreign Service in 1995. She then attended the University of N. C. School of of Law and received her law degree in 1999. Upon receiving her law degree she accepted a clerkship with the North Carolina Court of Appeals where she developed a keen interest in family law. While clerking at the Court of Appeals, Ms. Davis had the opportunity to draft numerous opinions relating to family law issues.

Ms. Davis is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. She believes strongly in the idea that it is possible to resolve domestic issues with dignity and respect whether that resolution is by separation agreement, the collaborative process or litigation. Ms. Davis is committed to helping clients understand their rights under the law and she works closely with them to assess and develop the options that will provide the best result in their individual case.
